I went back & drove the Accord some more last night & after driving 3 TLs & now 4 Accords it's obvious that these cars are VERY similar.

Here's what I gathered the TL has over the loaded Accord

Better brakes on the M6
Bluetooth (useless to me)
Manual shift in the auto
HIDs
30 more hp
Memory for seat
Better looking gauge cluster
Aluminum trim inside
Handles a little better

I probably forgot 1 or 2 things.

I'm still not sure which car I want to go with...
