im have this header...

however it does not come with a flex pipe...people tell me i need one so im getting this one.....

my question is...how do i put the flex pipe onto the header????

-do i get some flanges and just bolt it to the end??? however if i do this the header will be longer than the stock ones and that mite lead to problems...

-or do i cut off a piece of the downpipe and then put the flex pipe on so the length would stay the same????


should i weld it or use flanges??? im not comfortable welding and i want this done right so would exhaust shops be able to do this for me??


p.s. the rest of my exhaust is going to be custom...it wont be a catback system....im gettin a high flow cat, 2.5" piping and a magnaflow muffler

p.s.s do i need a resonator???
