Another option that might work is to use a JDM speedo that reads in KPH and convert it to read MPH. I know it's possible using a JDM S13 (180SX/Silvia) cluster that reads to 180 KPH, solder in a 12k ohm resister in the right place and the guage will then read to 180 MPH (240's also use an electric speed sensor, not cable though). I have a JDM cluster from my clip and thought about doing it but there isn't really a ponit and I've also heard it's much harder to gauge you speed as a small change in the needles location is a much larger difference in actual speed. I'm keeping my OE speedo but using the JDM tach as it's redline reflect the new engine and my old one won't work with the new engine anyway.
