Went up for a grind yesterday and planted myself to the ground

I caught myself on the way down with my hand and when I did I twisted a bit and I think I pulled some muscles around the upper rib cage area. Never had that happen before
Oh well doesn't hurt that bad but I have to take a break from my workout schedule for a couple days while it heals....guess I will just have to go out and skate some more to make up for it
