Just a simple question for you since you have made the staement above.

If items in the patriot act are deemed unconstitutional and therefore damaging to our society as a whole or in part (US society and its government), does this also mean that you agree that those backing those sections of the law should be brought up on charges for the inclusion of these parts of the act?

I am not saying all of the writers of the act I am saying the specific authors of those sections.

I am just curious as I really don't really want to enter this debate all that much.
