This is wrong. Their is a wiring issue somewhere that has to do with you light specifically. Was any work done to the wiring of the car at all. Fog lights or guages...ect?
oh hells yes there is wiring work done to the car. Most of the stuff I have done to it is relative to the removal of old crappy wiring. The car had an A-pillar cluster of 4 gauges AND a 5 inch tach in it that I pulled out, and the car was not even running when I got it due to electrical issues. I would agree that there are probably wiring problems somewhere but I have no idea how to go about fixing them. What should I do to fix it?
