no actually, they arent, school lunches are formulated to give a vast majority of foods over the course of a week, they are made to suffice slightly above average needs to cover everyone
Still tastes like shit and doesn't make me feel like I've had a real meal. Same sized portions for elementary school kids too as high school or just about.
