The Neuspeed bar bolts directly to the upper control arms (a.k.a. the "camber mounts"

). The bar is directly attatched to your suspension. Pretty much everything else bolts up to the shock towers which is plain ole sheet metal. The benefit? The Neuspeed bar limits deflection of the suspension, while the other stuff limits deflection of the sheetmetal which in turn helps limit deflection of the suspension.
