Accords all have a little ticking anyway. If it's time to do your valves, why not do them? It's relatively easy to do and even a Hayne's manual can get you by for the job. It's routine maintenance and can help you keep better gas mileage, etc. Plus, if you're in there, it's a good time to go ahead and replace your valve cover gasket as well or vice versa.
