I started doing little stuff like that when I was 18, with no experience. Granted my dad does own a Body Shop. I'm only 20 now, but I've been doing stuff like mixing paint, striping cars, sanding cars, disassembling/reassembling cars, masking cars & stuff for about 2 years. It's kind of a Catch 22, you can't get a job without experience, but nobody will train you so you can get experience. The way my dad got around to doing it is when he was 16 he started washing cars at a dealership...then when he turned 18 they asked if he'd be interested in body work. That was 31 years ago and he's been doing it ever since.
