While your chatting with him, inform him that he should pick a hp goal between 1hp and about 300whp and then tune the motor for that, not for a certain psi. And since your the one that posted this, you should do a little research before posting stuff like this.
If you can tell me how fast my car will run after i'm done building it, then I will provide you with all the answers your looking for......oh and I'll be the driver of my car so take that into account when figuring out my quarter mile time along with the amount of hp i'm making and the weight of my car....all variables that you need to solve the equation, but hey who needs those when you can post vauge questions and expect and answer.
