I am assuming that this is your only computer. I would just get the 1.6. I have a 1.6 on my Dell and it does everything fine. I just use it for word processing, Photoshop, and sometimes watching movies. As for hard drive size, get the smallest one. If you actually want a bigger one, sell that one and get a bigger one from newegg.com. The price you pay for those upgrades are crazy. Same with ram. All notebooks come standard with a AC charger.
