Where is the best place to take a car for state inspection, if you are new to the area? Pep Boys, Midas, dealer, etc? Which do you think is less likely to tell me crap is not up to snuff when it is?

I'm starting a new job and living 30 miles from school(just graduated!!), and I do know of a good Honda dealer down by school, is it a bad idea to go to the dealership for it? I try to avoid any unwarrented work there if at all possible, all my work is done at home where I have a trusted guy who only does Hondas.

98 EX-V6, I know I won't have any problems with emissions or rust.

BTW this is PA, and i'm living in greater Philly.
