I too was going to go on that route as well but decided to stay in the motorcycle industry for future reasons.
Law enforcement will always be my backup career if all else fails. I know I'm good to go in one department since I recieved a letter in the mail asking if I was still intrested.

Awesome... about the Police department letter to you. What kind of "future reasons" are you concerned about? Family, Health, Retirement (most cops in CA die within 7-9 years of retirement, and by most I mean over 85% -- going off memory here), or something else?
