Well the other day, the exhaust pipe connected to the catalytic converter just rusted off at the flange. I wanted to just cut off the exhaust pipe a slight bit and attach a replacement fitting and just use QuikSteel or JB Weld to hold it on, but the cat is rusted to hell. Should I just buy one of those cheap ebay ones? My car isn't OBD2, so it's not gonna throw codes either way... plus I'd also need to replace the exhaust pipe since it does not have a flang on it anymore.
