Thanks for the input!! I follow you 100%. I have an 8 gauge kit already. The sub was installed in another car. I was just wondering what I would need for the new MBQ amp and also what I would need to add them together. Now I'm off to order parts.

BTW, how did you come up with 50 amps max for the MBQ amp? Did I miss it in the specs somewhere?
