You hook a hose and bottle up to the little 8 or 10 mm nipple on the slave cylinder. Loosen the valve and have a buddy pump the clutch pedal and then pry it off the floor. Make sure the reservoir is full at all times to prevent air from getting in the lines. Tighten the bolt back up, add fluid, and then repeat the process. Do this until clear fluid comes out of the hose.

It isn't necessary to bleed the clutch system after a clutch install, but it may help in your situation.
