For budget, I'd go stock GSR bars, front and back, for upgrade I am not so sure, the Comptech stuff is nice, but I suspect the $400 bomb diggidy one would be a bit much. I helped a buddy install a Neuspeed bar on his Prelude. Very nice piece, pretty welds, lighter than you expect with its thickness. If you upgrade beyond a GSR bar in the rear, and you don't spend the $400, reinforce the rear subframe with one of the kits. You want to balance the front to rear, so consider going for front and rear bars at one time.
