Default Anyone ever had this problem with their camber kit?

So I think I have a little problem. Recently, when stopping, I hear a creaking noise from the front wheel wells. So, I put the car on jacks and found this:

Below, I edited it so it'd be easier to see:

As you can see, the camber arms have slid forward. Ive got a EK, there is a rubber bushing inside of the metal tube that connects to the camber arm. The metal tube has slid forward, as well as the rest of the assembly. So basically, the rubber bushings are staying in place, but everything has moved forward. The metal tube has moved forward bout 1/2 to 3/4 way off the rubber bushing, the thing that is stopping it is the inside of my wheel well... as you can see to the left of the blue arm. I've taken them off, had them pressed back in, and re-aligned. It's doing it again just a week later. Has anyone ever had this happen before? Any suggestions?

I've been in contact with Dustin from FunctionMotoring, and he is doing ALL he can to help me out. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them?
