With in three weeks the transmission went out in it. I took it up to the dealer and they said that of course No.1 it was out of warranty and No.2 i was the third owner. But they did tell me something that they didnt have too. They had some problems with the 98 v6 auto tranny and that if i had been the orignal owner than they would probably replace it for free. But since i was the third owner and the car had 150000 miles than they would only replace the transmission for free i just had to pay the labor on it. That speaks alot to me about honda customer service. All i own is hondas and I wont ever buy anything but a honda.
You are lucky. I have to pay $1200 for the transmission (98 I4 broken at 76K) and the customer service is horrible. My new one is having noise and they refuse to do anything.
