notoriousB is in the middle of an engine build for his F23 right now. He's not on here, but you could PM him on

www.honda-tech.com he can answer a ton of technical questions you might have. he has crowler rods, and pistons.
have you also read that article on SCC about that f23 build up? its pretty impressive.
