read the first 1/5... its perfectly possible got get plenty of protein as a vegetarian, and if she's got personal/moral qualms with eating meat, thats fine... no reason to pressure her to eat meat. If however, she isn't getting proper nutrition and her health is suffering from it, you should encourage her to see a nutritionist or a doctor.
