Well, you can test it in 2 places...at the terminal and at the head unit. If the terminal is not getting power, test the head unit. If the head unit is not getting power....uhoh.

If the head unit is indeed sending out power, then you know it is the wire itself and not a head unit problem. Of course this is assuming you checked all the settings on the head unit to make sure sound is going to ALL the speakers.
