Look into Energy Suspension or Prothane poly bushing kits. They should make a complete master set(pretty much every bushing on the car) for your car which should run like $130 or so. As for the labor, I think you can pretty much hack out the old rubber bushings with a hacksaw, but I think you need a hydraulic press to get the new bushings in.
