Seems as though all the Brits I have dealings with have their underwear on too tight or something. Is this the norm for everyone else too or am I just meeting some real assholes out here in the world?

Its pretty annoying when you can't even take a crack at someone you have known for some time without some prick sticking his nose in and being offended at a very mild comment.
