No drilling need to mount the intercooler. The charge piping is all connected with couplings. Make sure they are all tight and secure to prevent them from leaking or blowing off when the throttle plate closes. You are going to get the blow off valve installed the same day? It would be a good idea to prevent damage to the turbo thrust bearings during upshifts.

I mean that you may have to go down to the local home improvement store, find a silicone pipe that has a diameter that will fit the charge and throttle body pipe, and then cut a little section off to make a custom coupling that works.
