Default Spoiler gasket failure -- any alternatives

I have a 1993 Accord EX with a factory installed spoiler. The rubber mounting gaskets between the spoiler and trunk seem to have failed and it caused rust/pitting around the mounting holes in the trunk lid.

I have fixed the rust and pitting and I now want to reattach the spoiler, but I don't want to reuse the original gaskets. However, my Honda dealer won't sell me just the mounting gaskets. Does anyone know of a place to order these? Can you purchase material to make a gasket? If I reuse the old gaskets and use silicone will that be sufficient to prevent further leaks?

Thanks for any advice.

--- sorry, I just realized I posted this in the wrong section. I will PM a mod and ask to have it moved.
