Saying strereo is kind of vague....
Thats pretty simple. Take out the old one, splice the wires or get a wiring harness, bolt in the mounting bracket, slide in the new one, connect the antennea and call it a day.
Your question needs to be a bit more specific though, this was just my stab at what you were asking.
