Do you have the records from the previous owner, or know when this stuff was done? The timing belt should be done within 90k miles. If it hasn't been done yet, DO IT.

The SRS light should come on for a few seconds when you first start the car. If it doesn't disappear, you should take it to a dealer and see what's up.

And yes, put premium in there. I think it's made to take 91 octane, since that's the highest you can buy at most stations in California.
