Yep, a lot of the race (dohc) engines that get built around here dont even use the squirters anymore. They are track cars only for the most part though.
That's kind of stupid. They are there for a reason and help keep things cooler. I mean for drag I can see removing them, but why take the time when all they do is help the engine out. For real racing nobody in their right mind would remove them
