the holes are already cut into the sheet metal on the rear deck for a 6x9, you just have to cut through the carpeting/fiberboard...use a coping saw or something...pretty easy, just take your time...and make sure to cut the holes while your checkin the fit on the speakers...you dont want to cut the hole too big and have it lookin bad...if anything, a hole a bit smaller is better since you can use bolts to pull the speaker into place and close the gap from inside the trunk...
