I'm not writing a letter to the president. I'm writing a post in a thread and being lazy with punctuation and grammar. WAAA cry baby. By the way the first letter in every sentence is supposed to be a capital letter. Just a little tip for you. Also you bolded developing technologies then said the US will not just jump to the first inhabitable planet. You never specified that the moon is a stepping stone.
