You can purchase a Hondata Stage2b setup. which does have support for up to 14 psi of boost. dyno tuning could help, but right off the bat, the hondata would keep you going.

No, it doesn't. But they add more than 5whp. They also prep your engine so that things like cams and headwork can really add some good power.
