It sounds like you want to do the wiring yourself, but let me tell you DONT DO IT. No one does auto swaps. If you are set on using the auto (if money isnt big deal get rid of that POS auto) I highly sugest you talk to the guys over at rywire.com. They mostly deal with EF's but they really are the pros when it comes to wiring hondas. If they cant do the wiring for you I would say FORGET it because no one will be willing to tackle your project if they cant.
