Don't buy a new car to rip out the engine, that is ridiculous. I mean, anything is possible with the right about of money. If I were you I would find a good 99-00 Si. Then just sell the B16 out of it which you shouldn't have much of a problem with if the price is right, and throw in any B or H series motor.
