Just to re-verify 98Coupe's countless posts on trying to make people understand that WHEN THERE IS A WHINING NOISE OF SOME KIND that increases and decreases when RPMs are going up and down, it is ALMOST ALWAYS THE ALTERNATOR GOING.....

And, no, NOT NECESSARILY did MY alternator go because of my power amp; like 98Coupe said, these alternators going are a problem on this generation car....at rather early mileages, too.....mine went at under 55K.
