ummmmmmmmm a turbo type S is 315hp and 285whp @ 10psi. And yes it is reliable at 10psi as a daily driver. The K20A2 is a strong engine, just dont overheat it, the stock connecting rods are soft.

Just check the right side of the block for the engine code. Its located just under the throttle body on the block. K20A3=base rsx and K20A2=typeS. The Type S is extremely friendly to boltons and benifits drastically. I have a stock typeS with topfuel cf intake and i pull 3 1/2 car lengths on 1997 GTs with exhaust, 2 car lengths on Z28s, and oddly 3 car lengths on other Type S's. I am alomost posotive i got a "factory freak". But it may just be the fact that i know how to drive...2 SCCA racing licenses and have been racing since i was 14....but thats me.
