You can do that but it will cost $$$, FMU is the cheapest because it is cheap but for your case a Piggyback ECU will do the job. If you plan on running 10+ PSI go for the stand alone.
ok this man is a genius!
It will cost you about $18 bucks for the stuff to chip your ecu.
have someone burn you a basemap on the chip & u'r set to go tune.
either way a decent basemap will totaly be 100% more efficent than the damn FMU!
ohh & the FMU will probly cost u bout 75 bucks!
