Just loop the high pressure lines... you probably want to drain some of the power steering fluid. You can also run a breather and drain majority of the PS fluid, it will make turning a bit easier since you're not pushing air & PS fluid back and forth.

You'll be fine with running less ps fluid, if you look in the helms, check out what is actually lubricated by the fluid, it'll make sense to you.
