well, if you have arms like Arnold or like me, j/k, it will take a lot of pounding it with a dead blow hammer and a table vise. That is what I did with the rear LCA's before. It takes about a 1/2hr to get one out. Your forearms will burn after each one. You can heat it up with a torch or use a press, which would be my recommendation. It's faster. Just oil it up and press it out. :grinpimp:
