Unless your rear pads were almost worn out anyway, you should be OK unless you heard noises or something like that. Probably worse case scenario is you might need to adjust the tension on your emergency brake cable there under your console. I only say that because you may have stretched the cable some.

Watch for the lever being up and that red light on the dash next time... ;-)
