i already got new belts when i replaced my pulley, this problem has been going on even before i got a new pulley. And the noise only happens when i am driving and make a turn, other then the turning in motion my car when its idol and i turn the wheel its fine no noise what so ever but again when i make a turn lets say about at the speed of 15 mph it makes a kind of crying whinny noise, no squealing, a very annoying noise and i can feel it in the wheel too.
