Be careful gapping iridium/platinum plugs. If there is only a small tip of iridium on either electrode and you gap the plug, you just bought yourself a copper plug. Gapping them will knock the tip off leaving only copper. I think most iridium plugs have electrodes made entirely of iridium though, so you should be safe. Just a little FYI
