Have you done a block test to check for headgasket integrity?? It takes about 2 minutes and will tell you if there is exhaust gas in your coolant. Only place exhaust gets in to the coolant would be in the head or block. When you replaced the head gasket did you mill the head?? Do a block test and post results.
