this might be a really bad way of doing it, but i did it when i was installing my cai. i just got a thin, flathead screwdriver and slightly wedged it under the hose. id pull it up w/ the screwdriver, and then w/ my other hand id be half pulling and half peeling the hose off. at one point, it rolled up, kind of how youd roll up your sleeves on a dress shirt, and became easier to remove. the only drawback, from my experience anyway, was that it left a few scratch marks from the screwdriver where i had tried to pry it off. but...it worked. :P good luck~
