hell yes it is worth it to get cams even if u can't get cam gears, i would say at least 18 to 20 if not more. with adj cam gears not sure but u will pick up a few i know that much. i think if u do it with the cams u have to take off the timming belt so i don't think it would be that much more expenisve to slap in some cam gears to be honst
