Throwout bearing. I have the same problem. Does it sound like an accessory belt squeaking but coming from the tranny case?

TBs that aren't properly lubed or aren't even replaced after a clutch job will squeak. There is no need for concern, either drop the tranny and lube the bearing or live with the noise.
