GT28R will spool quicker and make your goal a little harder to reach on a d series. It would be a good fun turbo for the street though. The t3/t4 depending on trim and such will generally spool slower but will make higher numbers. Making your goal easier to reach. IMO your goal should focus on track times compared to power.
