Garrett GT28R or Turbonetics T3/T4 Hybrid? which one should I get for my 2000 Honda Civic EX. My goal is to acheive around 250-300WHP with NO2 if needed.

Has anyone used these turbos and can give me an idea of their power bands and ne other pros and cons about each one. ne of that sort of help will be appreciated thanks.
