Well, I don't have an Accord Helms.... but in the 98 Integra Helms, the first suggestion is to check the underdash fusebox for the SRS system fuse (for an Integra it's the No. 23 (10A) fuse). If it's blown, replace. Then you need to erase that DTC memory. Disconnecting your battery for a few minutes may accomplish that, but I'm not sure. All my cars are OBD1.

Then if not the fuse, the other troubleshooting suggestions are checking for opens and shorts in the SRS wiring, but you really DON'T want to mess with that. You don't want to trigger your airbags by accident. That would be both dangerous and expensive for you... so it's well worth going to the dealership to have that checked out.
